  • Partner Data: Personal data relating to current and prospective business customers such as care facilities, employers, and insurance plans (collectively, “Partners”) in connection with the provision of the Solace Solution or any other services outlined in commercial agreements with the Partner.

  • User Data: Personal data of individuals who engage the Solace Solution to support them in navigating bereavement or pre-planning.

  • Loved Ones Data: Personal data relating to deceased individuals for whom Users have engaged the Solace Solution or individuals utilizing Solace for pre-planning or bereavement care purposes.  

  • Visitors’ Data: Personal data relating to visitors of our Site, participants in our events, and prospective partners who interact with our online content and communications (collectively with the Solace Solution, the “Services”).

  • User Information: Name, email, phone number, relationship to a Loved One, geolocation, and insights relevant to the user experience.

  • Loved Ones Information: Name, contact details, date of birth and death, national ID numbers, legal, financial, and health documents, and additional background including gender, religion, marital status, and professional experience.
